1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MilkDoorDelivery. By accessing or using our website and WhatsApp-based milk delivery software ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MilkDoorDelivery provides a WhatsApp-based platform that enables:

• Consumers to discover milk providers, manage subscriptions, and view delivery reports
• Providers (dairy businesses) to manage customers, automate billing, and track deliveries

The Service runs primarily through WhatsApp. No dedicated mobile app is required.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your WhatsApp number and account
• Be at least 18 years old
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or resell any part of the Service without written permission
• Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or harassing messages through the platform

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

Providers (dairy businesses) select a monthly subscription plan based on the number of active consumers. Current plans range from ₹49/month (Bronze) to ₹199/month (Diamond). Broadcast charges and GST are additional.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and features of MilkDoorDelivery are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service operates on WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for WhatsApp's availability, policies, or practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilkDoorDelivery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or to us. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
